Buy credits
Credits pay for the course pages your participants access once your monthly free allowance runs out. This covers the Buy Credits page: what it offers today, and how the PayPal purchase will work once it is switched on.
Open Buy Credits
This page holds two separate cards. This article is about the first; if you already have a code, see "Redeem a voucher" instead.
From the sidebar, open Billing & Usage, then Buy Credits.
The page shows a Buy Credits card at the top and a Redeem a Voucher card below it.
What the Buy Credits card shows right now
At the moment, the Buy Credits card is informational rather than a working purchase form. It reads: "Buying credits will be available soon. If you need credits before the public launch, please contact support." Follow the contact support link on the card to reach the support form directly.
GOOD TO KNOW
If you already hold a voucher code, you don't need to wait for this — redeeming one in the card below adds credits to your account immediately. See "Redeem a voucher".
How it will work once it's switched on
The purchase flow behind this card already exists and pays out through PayPal. Once the form is live, this is what completing a purchase will look like.
Enter an Amount (€). The minimum purchase is €5.
Choose Buy with PayPal. You're redirected to PayPal to approve the payment — nothing is charged until you approve it there.
PayPal sends you back to this page afterwards. If the payment captures successfully, the credits land on your account straight away and a confirmation banner appears at the top of the page.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Don't close the PayPal tab or navigate away while approving the payment. The purchase is only recorded once PayPal redirects you back to lms.HSE.swiss and the payment captures successfully — leaving early means no charge, but also no credits.

If something isn't working
What next
Once new credits land on your account, they show up in the overview straight away. If you were handed a code rather than a card, redeem it instead.
